[Profs Mat:8294] Fwd: [icmi-news-port] ICME-13: deadline of the papers and posters extended

Regarding the Topic Study Groups at ICME-13, due to the small number of submissions it has been decided to extend the submission deadline of the papers and posters until the 15th of October 2015.

As a consequence the review process will take place in a shortened period of time until the 2nd December 2015.

Please distribute this information widely and encourage more researchers to submit a paper or a poster.

Of course poster submissions of researchers, who do not wish to apply for the solidarity grant, has not been changed and will be possible from 1st - 31st  January 2016. Invited scholars can submit their paper - if they do not wish to submit until 15th October 2015 - from 1st - 28th February 2016.
