Thank you so much for your willingness to participate in our XVI CIAEM.The Inter-American Committee of Mathematics Education is aware of the delicate political situation that Peru has gone through in the previous weeks. However, we are firmly convinced that the situation will reach a balance in this country. We believe that our congress will not be affected by this situation and that is why we continue with all our planned plans. Our colleagues from the Local Organizing Committee at the University of Lima and in Peru are absolutely committed to holding the XVI CIAEM. They are working to ensure all conditions. Obviously we do not have a crystal ball that allows us to see the future, but we judge that we will be able to hold this congress successfully in the second half of the year.In a few days we will already have approved 400 submissions (open), after a rigorous scientific review process. We have authors from 28 countries.
Allow me to remind you that you must upload the document of your invited presentation on our official platform (it is not the one for open submissions), with the IACME Style format. The guide to do so is at https://xvi.ciaem-iacme.org/guia-para-enviar-ponencias-invitadas/, . Deadline: March 30.Once again, thank you so much for your commitment to the XVI CIAEM.
